John
Hullverson is a trial lawyer who represents
individuals who have been harmed through the neglect and carelessness
of others, as well as individuals who have been discriminated against
or harassed in their employment.
In more than a decade of representing injured and aggrieved plaintiffs,
John has achieved outstanding results for hundreds of clients, whether
by jury verdict at trial, or negotiated settlement, mediation or arbitration.
A third-generation trial lawyer, John has tried and won cases in state
and federal courts in several jurisdictions across the country. John
regularly presents continuing legal education seminars on trial advocacy
for members of the California Bar at large law firms in the San Francisco
Bay area. John teaches trial advocacy to law students at University
of California—Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law, one
of the top law schools in the country, and coaches the school’s
traveling mock trial team in the National Trial Competition each year.
John’s focus on effective trial advocacy is designed to achieve
one thing—the best possible result for each client in each case. EDUCATION Washington University School of Law
