Scott Bonagofsky began his career with the Dolan Law Firm, where he represented plaintiffs in cases involving employment discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, personal injury, and sexual abuse. In 2000, Scott joined Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, where his practice included litigation and trial of intellectual property, real estate, and complex commercial disputes for high technology clients. In February 2003, he joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where his practice involved litigation and trial of complex commercial and personal injury cases, class actions and coordinated statewide litigation, and intellectual property matters.

In September 2005, Scott co-founded Emison Hullverson Bonagofsky with Theo Emison and John Hullverson. Scott’s practice involves litigation and trial of cases in the areas of employment discrimination and harassment, real estate litigation, elder abuse, personal injury, and commercial disputes.
