Theo Emison attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Theo began his legal career in 2000 at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP in San Francisco. In February 2003, he joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. At Brobeck and Morgan Lewis, Theo worked with and learned from some of the top litigators in the state handling complex business litigation and class action matters. Theo’s experience at Brobeck and Morgan Lewis offers him invaluable insight into the defense strategy – insight he uses to offer his clients superb representation and results. A fourth-generation plaintiffs’ trial lawyer (Theo’s great grandfather served as the Presiding Judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, as well as a Tennessee State Senator, his 91-year-old grandfather practices law in Tennessee to this day, and his father is one of only two attorneys to serve as the president of both the Tennessee Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Tennessee Bar Association), Theo co-founded Emison Hullverson Bonagofsky in 2005 to seek justice for injured persons and achieve social change. Theo represents individuals who have suffered physical,
emotional, or financial injury, as well as family members who have
lost a loved one. Calling on his arbitration and trial experience,
Theo litigates each of his cases as if it is headed to trial and
consistently achieves superior results. EDUCATION University of San Francisco School of Law Vanderbilt University BAR ADMISSIONS California State Bar, 2000 MEMBERSHIPS & ORGANIZATIONS San Francisco Trial Lawyers’ Association
